Citizens Advice Bureaux are audited on a regular basis, as part of our membership of the national network. We also have a uniform information system, produced by Citizens Advice for bureaux.

Every adviser must complete a Certificate in Generalist Advice, before they are allowed to advise clients. This is taught at every CAB, and is generally a six-month programme.
