Due to the very high volume of enquiries we receive it is not always possible to respond as quickly as you may need. If your question is urgent we recommend you visit one of your local bureaux, please go to Bureaux to see our opening times and locations.

We aim to provide a response within ten working days. We may need to contact you by telephone for further information. Please be prepared to provide a phone number where we can contact you during the day.

NB. Due to the high number of emails we can only respond to those living and working in Merton and Lambeth. Please specify in your email enquiry if you either work or live in the boroughs of Merton and Lambeth.
